About Me

Understanding your unique journey with empathy and compassion

Who I Am

An Integrative Therapist, Counsellor and Coach supporting you to grow, blossom and become

Welcome, my name is Bhavina Vyas.

My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about the human experience — the quiet struggles we carry and the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden. I believe we are each born with a unique essence, and my aim is to support you in reconnecting with your authentic self and growing in a way that feels right for you.

With over five years' experience in the NHS, I currently support staff with their wellbeing. I understand how culture, life circumstances and high-pressure environments can shape our mental health. I offer gentle support to those feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or disconnected, helping you rediscover your strengths at your own pace.

As a British-Gujarati woman, I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity to my work, offering inclusive support that honours identity, family dynamics and belonging.

Above all, I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts and feelings freely — and begin to blossom in your own way.
